SHOULDERS

An archery-specific exercise course to fix shoulder pain, prevent injury, and relieve discomfort.

HOW IT WORKS

-Each week provides a 15-30 minute exercise circuit for improving comfort + function in the shoulders.

-Complete the exercise circuit 3x per week by following the weekly training video + instructions.

-This training system requires bands and dumbbells.

Strength and Stamina

This program builds shoulder strength and stamina to prevent overload and excessive stress on joints and tendons. Greater tissue tolerance = less pain.


Mobility and Flexibility

This program restores adequate range of motion in the shoulders, neck, and spine so that you can shoot without encountering tightness or restriction. Freedom of movement = less irritation.


Control

This program builds shoulder control so that you can find comfortable positions, prevent painful movement, and maintain form without breakdown. Improved control = avoiding injury.


Stability

This program builds stability in the shoulder joints so that you are protected from the instability that causes pain, stress, and injury. Stability = protection.


This training system is designed to effectively address the physical training needs of compound, traditional, and Olympic recurve archers.
